Survive the Outbreak

Before the round begins, players are sorted into teams of survivors, and 1 or 2 players will be chosen to start as zombies. The survivor teams are able to tag one another for points, but their ultimate goal is to stay alive for the whole mission, as if the zombie tags them too many times they will become infected and slowly join forces with the zombies. If the zombies can successfully infect all survivors within the 10 minutes, the game will end and the zombies will emerge victorious.

What is a cure?

A cure will stop the infection process, and there is only a limited amount that can be obtained. If you notice yourself getting infected, use your cure by holding in the button under the barrel of your phasor.

Can the zombies be eliminated?

Yes! Each zombie starts with 50 lives. If they run out of lives they will be deactivated until a fellow zombie finds them and tags them. Doing so will give the deactivated zombie an extra boost and allow them to continue infecting the remaining survivors.

Can I gain my lives back?

No, there is no way to regain lives in this gamemode. If you get tagged enough by the zombies, eventually you will be infected.
